We just rescued a four year old golden retriever mix from the local shelter. He is quite thin and ate the food we gave him very quickly. Since yesterday, he has had some loose stool and vomiting. We tried giving him smaller amounts of food, but it didn't work. We have held off on food and he has not had anymore loose stool, but has vomited clear, foamy liquid. They vaccinated and altered him at the shelter and he appeared to be ok until brought home. I'm very worried and don't know what to do, and of course it's the weekend and the vet is closed. Please help!

I think I have OCD ? What do I do?

It started in middle school , I did weird things like turn my door knob multiple times & I would have to count in my head to a multiple number , I would step in certain areas in the floor & if I didn't it wouldn't feel right . Or I would think something bad will happen . I have to point my feet in a cross direction everytime I go to sleep . I have to straighten certain things or it will get to me . I have yo make sure all closets re open if I see one open . I noticed this true lie show on MTV about OCD on my freshman yr on hs and I couldn't believe it. How they felt the same way . I thought I was the only one . I never knew about OCD meant . Now I'm about to be a junior .. & I'm wondering if I should get help today I was watching a movie && I kept outlining people figures on tv & I couldn't stop till I got it right . I got so frustrated && I felt so anxious . Everytime I try to stop I close my hands & squeeze them tight hoping it won't get to me if I stop . My sister tells my mon I have OCD but my mom doesn't really understand what it is . So she doesn't ask & my sister makes a joke about it everytime she sees me making a weird step on the floor . She laughed about it ever since I told her I think I had it . but sometimes she gets mad cause she thinks I'm doing it on purpose but I'm not !!!!

Dog with parvo. What are some signs of improvement?

I have a husky mixed with German shepherd, he's only 7months old and on Saturday (4 days ago) he started vomiting a clear and foamy liquid, had lethargy, loss of appetite, but no diaehrria. So on Monday (2 days ago) we took him to the vet and they gave him two 250 mg shots of ampicillin (antibiotic) and cerenia to stop the vomiting. I brought him home and have been syringe feeding him A/D veterinary food since then, he still drinks water. Last night he vomited twice but this time it was yellow and gooey, he hadn't vomited alll day thoug. It seems like he has gained a little bit more strength today since I saw him walking earlier in the morning but he still looks depressed and has vomited once today and no still no diaehrria..... I really don't know if he's improving or is he gonna get worst? :( I take care of him 24/7 and he's being fighting the virus for 5 days

I'd say your best option is to take her to a different vet and get a second opinion. Write all this down so you don't forget to tell them anything. Once you have told them ALL these details, including previous treatments, how you kept her under watch, food hasn't changed etc the vet might be able to give you a better idea. Its the same with people doctors - one might pick up something another missed. A second opinion is always a good idea

OK. Last Friday I was rushed to the ER. I was having horrible cramps and nausea. I was throwing up yellow foamy vomit. I had just started birth control and my period the day before. When I was at the hospital they really didn't say what was wrong. They gave me pills for stomach acid and nausea, and a shot in the butt for cramps. They sent me home the same day. Since, I have been having nausea BADLY I feel as if I'm going to vomit at any moment (especially in the morning). I am extremely tired and have been on my period for 10 days. ( VERY UNUSUAL) It's a very faint period but it has yet to end, and the blood is a brownish color. I believe my doctor gave me a pregnancy test a week before and I'm sure they did at the hospital as well but the didn't tell me any results. Could I be pregnant? What do you think is wrong? Hello. My dogs name is lucy (small bichon shitzu)and today my dog threw up 15 times. Last night we came home to see that she got into a purse where she ate a whole apple crisp granola bar and a packet of fisherman's friend cough drop. We also suspect she might have gotten into something else. Around lunch time she threw up dark brown liquid with chunks of her breakfast and whatever she ate. Then she threw up a small amount a couple minutes later. Half an hour later she threw up a large thick amount of liquid and chunks of food. It also looks as though she might have eaten dirt?(garden). Then she threw up brown foamy mucus twice and then she started throwing up yellow foamy liquid. We made sure to hydrate her and force water into her, then tried to give a a little bit of rice hoping it might help her stomach though, she threw it up later. She is now resting and hasnt thrown up in a while considering there is nothing in her stomach but I have noticed that she occasionally sits funny and when she breathes in she sometimes shivers for each breath. We are quite concerned and she too seems quite afraid as her heart is racing. Should we feed her? Should we go to a vet even if she is no longer throwing up? I would say introducing a law is probably not the answer, but the people of the UK should definitely boycott their bacon and pork products. 5 month old pitbull puppy may be ill?

I have a 5 month old male pit who is generally very happy and healthy. Yesterday evening he started gagging and threw up a small foamy white mess, twice. After that he seemed a little sleepy but didn't have any more issues. This morning, he ate breakfast and was ill again, only this time he threw up his food as if it weren't even chewed at all. he has done this before because he eats too fast. I changed his food last week because the store didn't carry his usual brand, then a few days ago I switched him back to his normal stuff. He has had all his shots and has never been sick before, I accidentally skipped one month of his heartworm pill but gave him the next dose 10 days ago. Hopefully he just has an upset tummy but I'm looking for any advice, I hate seeing my baby sick!

I have I&K human hair clip in extensions. You can sleep with them in but they might be uncomfortable or get pulled out and you might have to put them back in the morning. The point of clip ins is that you can take them in and out very quickly and easily. You can swim with them but wash them well after. I would take them out for swimming if they are lighter than dark brown because they might have been bleached to the colour required. Take extensions out to wash your hair because the hair and yours will get tangled in the clip and if you blow dry your hair the clip could get hot. It depends how often you wear them as to how often you wash them. If you wear them everyday then once or twice a week or if you curl them you might want to wash the curl out. I wash mine with my normal shampoo and conditioner under the tap, hot, warm, or cold it doesn't make much difference. Straighten them separately and then put them in because if not really secure the straighteners will pull them out. Curl them already in your hair so they match the curl and the curling iron doesn't pull. Very easy to put in, mine take a few seconds for each one.

My 13 yo cat Aruba has lost a lot of weight very quickly in the past year. I would say at most she probably weighs 5 pounds soaking wet. 5 month old pitbull puppy may be ill?

They use a little metal bead that they thread feathers and your hair into and then they flatten the bead with a hair device similar to pliers. I've had feathers 3 times, the first time I accidentally brushed them out my getting my hair brush caught above the bead. I went back into the salon and they put them back in for free! I had them removed for prom and put back in right after and I've had them all in since the beginning of May! None have come out :D I personally like the more neutral natural looking ones rather than the bright pinks and greens, but I also love my turquoise one! I have 1 grizzly neutral (grizzly means it's the stripped kind), 1 tan, 1 grizzly turquoise, 1 dark burgundy grizzly on the top of my head, and 3 long neutral grizzlies underneath. I get compliments all the time on them, but I get the most compliment on the grizzly turquoise one. You can definitely pull them off!! :) You can straighten and curl with your hair with them in and it doesn't harm them at all! They're worth trying cause you can always take them out and they're just a fun accessory and what girl doesn't LOVE having another accessory?!

My puppy won't stand up and is lethargic... what's going on?

My puppy is 10 months old and he is pretty active. However, just this evening, he started acting very odd. He looked rather depressed, despite the fact that all day today he was happy. He couldn't climb up the stairs, where he was perched on the middle step. He wouldn't stand up when we interacted with him, and when we helped him up, he could barely stand properly on his back legs. He didn't yelp, whine, or act aggressive in any way. He had his tail between his legs but he could stand on his own. He refused to walk or go outside, and as soon as he was up, he lay back down, acting depressed again. We felt his tummy, looked at his gums, and felt the rest of his body for any other signs of trauma or swelling. His muscles around his abdomen and leg area were somewhat tense, which caused us to look at signs of bloat. He does not seem to have that. In fact, he seemed to have a good appetite, eating his food and drinking some water. We suspect that he has a muscle injury, but we are unsure, as he does not act as if he is in pain, other than the fact that he looks very depressed with his tail between his legs. He will not straighten his hind legs all the way when we massage the seemingly injured area. Is this a muscle injury, or is it something else? Should he be taken to the veterinarian, or just observed and rested for awhile?

CPU bent pins need to know if it can be repaired?

Basically tried putting the cpu in the slot and one pin has bent is an outside corner pin its a brand new cpu aswell as it arrived today it was a replacement for the last cpu as the pins in that one did the same thing, i am stressing out big time i have tried tweezers to straighten the one pinand its barely noticeable now but when i inserted it into the socket and turned the machine on the fan spun round and there was a loud beep lasting a few seconds but that wont stop till the pc is turned off, is there any way i/we can fix this issue or do i have to buy another cpu and if i have to buy another cpu can i get a professional to fit the cpu into the socket? i must admit its really annoyed me i dont know anything about pc's it was my friend who bent both cpu's i read its easily done and most of the time it happens. my eyelashes are really long so when I put on mascara it always straightens out. I use CoverGirl lash blast. GMC jimmy buzzing noise/vibrations at 30mph+?

Ok so recently I've been having a wierd problem with my 99 4x4 GMC Jimmy. The car itself runs fine. However when I hit roughly 30mph, a wierd buzzing/humming noise starts to come from what sounds like the left side of the car. At higher speeds the buzzing is a bit louder. My step son was holding on to her (he had this fear if she left, she would not come back).. she informed my husband and I (right in front of our son), that if she does not get the cash, she would *blow her head off in front of her son*.. Of course, I make her leave and that was the last time we allowed them together! My son has dealt with it fairly well. We found out she is dieing.. she only has about 6 months to a year to live. It's not really my whole head, but my bangs. They grow so fast that I end up having to cut them almost every other week. I have a husky mixed with German shepherd, he's only 7months old and on Saturday (4 days ago) he started vomiting a clear and foamy liquid, had lethargy, loss of appetite, but no diaehrria. No more junk food and no more soda pop, coffee or alcohol. Just water, clean protien and very little carbs. It is your life and your body - take care of it.

I fear I have trichomoniasis? Does it always come out to HIV?

I was recently told I had "trich". My symptoms were greeny-whitish discharge, burning, and itching. I was treated with an anitibiotic and mine cleared very quickly. I came home and googled this STI to see it kept referring to HIV. Googling is the worst thing to do. Look at ligit sites.I had huge anxiety it was awful. I also had an HIV test to calm my nerves and it came back negative. But having "trich" does not mean you have HIV but if left untreated and you continue to have sex with someone with the HIV virus, you are more acceptable to get it because of the sores in the vagina "trich" causes. No home remedy will cure these you need to see a doctor ASAP. Please protect yourself, get tested and have safe sex. It's not worth the risk. I have learned my lesson. Its very scary and stressful.

I was drinking apple juice, and I don't really remember how much I had in my mouth, I don't think it was that much, though, but I don't really remember...Then all of a sudden it felt like it went down the wrong pipe and it still feels kind of weird in there like in my throat and up in my chest, I think some of it might have gotten into my lungs? My small dog has been shaking and puking white foam?

How do you stop hair from getting dead ends?

My hair is very thick and wavy. I've been trying to let it grow longer (its about shoulder length now) but I can't because it always gets so dry and dead that I cant stand it. It's not really about split ends, my hair just gets dry and frizzy and damaged. I've tried using good conditioners, but that doesn't help. When I passes out, all of the sudden I noticed I was awake but I looked down and saw my body convulse on the floor foaming at the mouth and gurgling bleading out my nose. I thought it was a dream as I watched myself stop breathing and my eyes roll back. I stared at myself for 3 hours and woke up to blood from my nose everywhere and foamy saliva all over my face in the same spot/position/same carpet wrinkled up the same way. I don't know but I believe I died for a few minutes. Why did I get a second chance? Do I deserve it? I just want to know I'm not a waste. I've been clean for 77 days now yet I still feel like a failure because all I think of is my parents finally satisfied so proud with tears in their eyes face not knowing I was a junkie. My sister in law died the middle of May from cancer. Her two boys and her aunt decided to have a memorial for her with the typuical family reunion that occurs yearly. So it is to take place July 2. Their are 4 sisters and one other brother, besides my husband. None of them are going to the memorial. My son talked with his cousin, who bashed me on facebook, until she got my husbands phone number from him and then no more communication with her. She called my husband when his sister died and then texted him the date of the memorial. He never responded. She tells everyone on facebook that if I, his wife, had anything to do with it he would not be going. To me, I can't understand how they don't understand how he feels. He only called his sister after he was prodded to by them. His family doesn't like me and has done things in the past to alienate him from them. Now he has a new cell phone, since April, and no one in the family has the number except her because my son gave it to her. She told my son they would like to him and my husband to come see her before she dies, never mentioning me or my other two sons. They have a history of using my kids to get to my husband. It now is all over the internet that I am blamed for my husband not attending. I do not have a facebook account. My son just put it on my phone, when he didn't have a phone and so there is a part of my phone where I can see it. How do I handle this? Sore and feeling ill 2 days after working out?

So I haven't worked out in about 6 months but before that I was working out regularly almost everyday for about two years. Well I met with my new personal trainer two days ago and he pushed me so hard I vomited... twice.
