Help! My hair is COMPLETELY fried from straightening it!?

Okay, I straightened my hair every single day up until 2 weeks ago. My ends are completely fried. I'm going to get it cut, but I have layers and in some layers I have dead hair and others I don't... Ugh it's a mess! What can I do to?!
