My meringue�always burns ?

Try cooking the meringues at a slightly lower temperature for 6 or 7 minutes. You might want to purchase an oven thermometer to ensure your oven maintains and/or comes up to the proper temperature. I guess you know many meringues have to be left to dry in the oven after you've turned off the oven. There is residual heat left in the oven which cooks them a bit more.
