Kitten not eating or drinking, vomiting white/yellow?

My baby, 9 week old kitten stopped eating and drinking. i noticed her coughing yesterday and this morning. a few minutes ago she threw up yellow/white-ish foamy yuckyness. and she refuses to eat or drink no matter what...she needs to atleast stay hydrated...any idea whats wrong?
