What to do for my dog?

Hello. My dogs name is lucy (small bichon shitzu)and today my dog threw up 15 times. Last night we came home to see that she got into a purse where she ate a whole apple crisp granola bar and a packet of fisherman's friend cough drop. We also suspect she might have gotten into something else. Around lunch time she threw up dark brown liquid with chunks of her breakfast and whatever she ate. Then she threw up a small amount a couple minutes later. Half an hour later she threw up a large thick amount of liquid and chunks of food. It also looks as though she might have eaten dirt?(garden). Then she threw up brown foamy mucus twice and then she started throwing up yellow foamy liquid. We made sure to hydrate her and force water into her, then tried to give a a little bit of rice hoping it might help her stomach though, she threw it up later. She is now resting and hasnt thrown up in a while considering there is nothing in her stomach but I have noticed that she occasionally sits funny and when she breathes in she sometimes shivers for each breath. We are quite concerned and she too seems quite afraid as her heart is racing. Should we feed her? Should we go to a vet even if she is no longer throwing up? What can we do to calm her stomach down and when can we start on our normal routine again?? Thanks - i know i asked earlier but i got little response
