Good way to repair fried damaged hair?

L'oreal feria color moisturizing treatment conditioner, you can use it on not colored hair too. get it at sally's for like $12. it's amazing, my hair was really damaged from bleaching & straightening and its really healthy and soft now :) i don't even need heat protectants now because it keeps my hair really healthy!
