I sprayed dusting air on myself!!!!?

I was bored and playing aorund with the suting air can. When you spray it, the "liquid" comes out as air. Rarely, it'll come out as foamy liquid stuff. I was spraying it on my leg, and out came liquid. It stung, and i washed it with warm water like it said to do, and it doesnt hurt anymore. But theres a red mark. What did I do?? Do i need to see a doctor???
