What is wrong with my dog?

It sounds like an acid problem, i have previously had dogs that do this, (one in particular) i found that plain boiled white rice added to their food, counter acts the acid,and is quite,filling so she should not get hungry and yak, be careful with the treats,you don't want her getting fat
