I got LimeAway in my eye and rinsed for 15 minutes with water. Should I do anything else?

I accidentally got a tiny bit of lime away in my away. I was wiping an area with sprayed on lime away (foamy) and a little bit got flicked in my eye scrubbing, near tear duct. I immediately took out my contact and rinsed for 15 minutes with water. My eye looks fine, feels a little weird from all the holding open/ rinsing for 15 minutes. Should I do anything else? Should I go to hospital?
