How do you make your hair straighter with out heat products?

My little sister has like the most curly hair ever (probably like Taylor swift status maybe a tad bit curlier). I personally really like her hair but, she doesn't and always wants to straighten it. I told her that she should chill on straightening it because, she's going to damage it. So there ya have it.
