Is it normal for my chiwawa to vomit after running around for a short period of time?

My dog has energy and eats on a regular basis, but she often vomits a small amount of white foamy spit when she gets running around and worked up. It doesnt take her very long sometimes, it could be within 2 minutes of running around. Any help or experience would be appreciated.
