Hair colour/hair cut help :)?

I want a new colour/hair cut. I do like bold colours but i a not aloud them since i am still in school and thy will kick me out, so i can['t have bright colours. My hair is thinish and just goes over my shoulders. am quite tall, blue eyes, a longish face. I dye my hair red t the moment but it fades really quickly and i want a change...my natural is a really light stawberry blonde, my eyebrows are quite blondy. I have been thinking of having toffee/caramel coloured hair but then i was thinking of having different colours in my hair like a differet coloured fringe but i dot know what colours would look good together. And i am growing my hair but want to change the syle, i have a side fringeand it is curly but i sometimes straighten it...tif you can inclide pics? thankyou in advance x
