My dog has random sneezing fits?

All of today, once in a while, my dog has been sneezing really rapidly, her whole head shakes. she sneezes at least 5 times in a row. then she starts twitching trying to hold back another sneeze. then she is fine. why is she doing this? my mom said she saw her with white stuff on her mouth (not foamy)
