Cat vomiting clear, foamy liquid and has gotten very skinny...?

My cat gets that everytime she eat something outside like grass or a plant , but she never get really ill , she just vomits clear foamy liquid. The best thing to do is take her to the vet as soon as possible as she might of ate anything , something poisones to cats, And it could be serious.
