Do i have diabetes please help?

Okay so I am 17years old probably twenty pounds over weight and my urine is foamy and once and awhile my vision will get blurry for a few seconds or so this happens three to six times a week and once a month or so my legs kinda cramp like i cant really move them but that only lasts for a few seconds i heard some of that is the diagnosis for diabetes please help thanks
