Making your semen "sticky" and "foamy" to lower fertility?

okay, so i know this question is a little out there, but it's possible that i could be pregnant and the would-be baby daddy told me that he was infertile. now that i'm late on my period and having pregnancy symptoms i asked him if a doctor had actually told him that or what, he responded that he was basing his "infertility" off past experiences and the fact that he makes his **** "sticky" and "foamy/frothy" so it's of bad quality. further investigation revealed this was due to "dehydration".....so maybe i'm totally dumb but is any of what he said true? is that even normal? could that actually make him infertile? thanks... ha
