Acne vs. Veganism? Advice wanted.?

Honestly, i feel your paid. I myself suffers with acne. I have also tried it all, but nothing seems to work at all. I wasted so much money at the dermatologist and on products that just worked for the first month then stopped. I have a photo shoot coming up this weekend and i'm also looking for solutions that WORKS! Sorry, i don't have to answer, just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
