Golden retreiver help!! ?

Well i have an almost 11 year old dog. And he had some type o bacteria in his small intestines. Its either plasmacytes or lyph (i dont kno how to spell it. But which is cureable?? He went to the vet on 4-20 and we have to give him penicillin, pepsid, ulser for bleeding, ear drops, the water bag, and a shot to help him not puke. Well hes been puking! We have to force feed him and everything but the results come back on monday! He either has cancer or the cureable one. He is really dopped up! He sits still and his head moves in circles like hes drunk! But when he pukes its all foamy and verry stringy that its hard to get off his mouth. He pukes at least 5 times a day! Could it be all the medication hes on? I love him so much im hoping its cureable! During the day after he pukes hes his normal self but by 6pm is when he gets all his meds. Did anyone go through the same thing? No stupid answers please
