Yellow mucous foamy stuff?

hey, i'm an 18 year old female. lately i haven't had a solid poop in over 2 months and sometimes all i poop out is this yellowy mucous foam stuff. i know in the past i've had IBS, but i am eating correctly, so i dont know whats happening
