Why is my urine so foamy? It overflows the toilet!?

Hahahhahahahahaha! im sorry i had to laugh but ok , right...... sorry for my insentiveness. Right, are you havent got soap down you toilet and thats making the bubbles? If not go to the doctors and get a urine test?
