My little sister just sprayed half a bottle of wet lubricant all over my mountain bike?

Wash it off with plenty of clean water then I would seriously suggest cleaning the brake disc with petrol or a cleaning agent like 'Muc-Off Disc Brake Cleaner' and go ride down some hills holding the brake to burn it off! Might a while though..
