My dog threw up Blood and bile, fells like he has a fever?

My 5 year old Boxer had been throwing up foamy yellow/white bile every morning for a week. After he would throw up he seemed fine, but I noticed he wasn't eating as well as he normally does, only eating a little bit of food. But this morning, he threw up foamy bile with a little blood in it. He doesn't look happy and it feels like he has a fever. Can somebody PLEASE help me? The vet isn't open yet!
