Sore and feeling ill 2 days after working out?

So I haven't worked out in about 6 months but before that I was working out regularly almost everyday for about two years. Well I met with my new personal trainer two days ago and he pushed me so hard I vomited... twice. Now my arms are so sore I physically can't straighten my arms without the help with a wall or something and I can't even sleep at night they hurt so bad and i've also been feeling kinda ill like im going to vomit. I've been drinking plenty of water and eating fruits, white meat, and corn products. Any ideas??

Please help with this bug bite?

i have this bug bite on my finger.my whole finger is swollen and it hurts really bad.it is not a bee because there is no stinger. it is red and itchy at times but mostly painful. i can hardly bend my finger or straighten it due to the pain. should i see or doctor and what kind of bite is this and what can cure it?

Why is my pee white and foamy?

Okay so every time I pee it stinks really bad and it's very white. It also has foam floating in it. Can anybody tell me why?

Is my cat's vomiting normal?

It is the grass that causes the cat to vomit. Cats eat grass purposely to make themselves vomit. I don't remember why.

I just threw up all of sudden...why?

I was on the computer and I was feeling fine, then I feel sick, I get up to go to the bathroom but i fell down and threw up (foamy white and liquid yellow) 3 times. I got up and took my temp...98.7 perfect temp. It's been about 4 hours since then and I feel ok. I'm on my period so im not pregnat. Whats going on?

Have you tried a french role? Simple easy and stunning. I tried that at my prom and it stayed and looked fantastic all night, no matter how much i danced or shook my head. On top of that it was really comfortable. Why don't you try it?
